Echoes of Earth: when color is born from a second life

Echoes of Earth: quando a cor nasce de uma segunda vida

The Echoes of Earth collection was born from a simple reflection: everything that blossoms has an origin. Before form, there is matter. Before expression, there are roots.

It was from this idea that the visual language of the first Soulstie collection emerged. Light tones representing space, lightness, and possibility. Organic black and deep pink stains evoking movement, transformation, and growth.

As if something were emerging from the earth, as if a new version of ourselves were taking shape.

Colour with memory

To bring the pieces of this collection to life, we sought a solution that aligned with Soulstie's vision: creating with intention.

The dyeing was developed using Recycrom™ technology, a system that transforms pre- and post-consumer textile waste into new colour pigments. These pigments incorporate approximately 65% recycled material from textile waste.

Instead of viewing waste as the end of a cycle, this process gives it a new function, a new story.

The path to the final result

Before a finished piece existed, there were tests, samples, and adjustments. Each colour stain was studied to find a balance between spontaneity and intention. The goal was never to create a repetitive or predictable pattern. We sought something more organic. Closer to nature.

Just as with flowers, rocks, or wood grain, no two shapes are exactly alike, and it was precisely this uniqueness that we wanted to preserve.

Echoes of Earth - the name

The collection's name emerged long before the colours. Echoes of Earth speaks about what we carry with us: the experiences that shape us, the roots that remain invisible but ever-present.

The dark tones represent depth, memory, and origin, and the pink tones emerge as energy, movement, and renewal.

Together, they tell a story of transformation, not through perfection, but through evolution. Because everything that blossoms first begins to grow in silence.
